Shipping Policy on Gifts, and Artworks

1. All retail prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars and your purchase will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
2. All online purchases on www.mizzonk.com are handled through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. You can also e-mail or phone us with your order. You will be asked to e-mail us for order confirmation, shipping address and agreement on charging your credit card for your purchase. We take Visa and MasterCard.
3. Orders are shipped from Maple Ridge, B.C. Canada within 3-5 business days (M-F) after payment is received. This 3-5 day timeframe does not cover weekends, legal holidays, vacation or operation shutdowns. If you need to have your order processed soon, please always send us an e-mail to find out if we are having vacation or operation shutdown.
4. All orders under $1,000 are shipped via Canada Post/Expedited Parcel, or Canada Post, Small Packets -USA. Orders over $1,000 to the U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground/Standard. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your shipment and shipping method. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Additional charge will apply. Your shipment will be covered with full insurance and a tracking no. will be provided on order over $100.
5. If an item in you order is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail of the expected delivery date. All items in your order will be shipped all at once. You will be given the options to wait for the item you ordered, substitute it with another product, or cancel your order altogether.
6. Customers are responsible for customs brokerage fees, duties and taxes if applicable.
7. Orders paid by cheque or money-order will not be shipped until payment is cleared.
8. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delay in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer.
9. Any cancellation made after the order confirmation sent by us (regardless of whether it has shipped) will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and any shipping charges incurred.
10. Order amounts qualified for free shipping are subject to change without notice.
11. Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post and UPS. Mizzonk is not responsible for any delayed deliveries. If your order is not received after 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact us and we will place a request to trace your shipment.

Shipping Policy on Furniture Collection

1. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and you will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
2. Any cancellation made after the order confirmation sent by us will be charged with a $50 CAD cancellation fee.
3. Your payments including 50% deposits paid at the time of your order are not refundable after 3 business days.
4. All balances must be paid in full before your shipment can be scheduled. You will receive an e-mail for balance invoice which will include the shipping charge and payment instruction.
5. When it is available, for your convenience, shipping charge is noted next to the item price. For customers outside of Canada and the U.S., please contact us for rates.
6. Customers are responsible for customs brokerage fees, duties and taxes if applicable.
7. A better rate of combined shipping charges is available if more than 1 item is purchased and delivered to the same address.
8. All published shipping charges are standard freight services. The rate includes crating/ packing of the furniture, curbside delivery to residential area and insurance coverage. The rate does not include an additional cost of $70 CAD for delivery to high-density areas such as New York City or other highly-populated areas, a customs brokerage fee of $150 CAD per shipment, and inside delivery. An additional cost for inside delivery will be rated by our freight company.
9. All shipments will take approximately 6-12 business days to arrive to destinations within Canada and the U.S..
10. Examination on arrival conditions of all crates/boxes must be performed thoroughly by customers/receivers. Any noticeable damages on the crates/boxes must be noted before deliveries are signed off. Customers must keep their crates/boxes in their arrival conditions for inspections if damages are noted and claims are filed. Mizzonk will not be responsible for any damage claims if crates/boxes are destroyed or thrown away.
