青島21 Chingtao 21

青島21 Chingtao 21 is a work-in-progress art space in Pingtung, Taiwan, named after the address of the townhouse where Roger grew up in. The townhouse belongs to Roger’s parents.

In January 2018, we installed a billboard dedicated to present artwork on the exterior facade of the townhouse. See Chingtao 21 Billboard Art Project here.

Below are public art projects/events we rolled out during Dec. 2018- January 2019, mostly held in the city of Pingtung, Taiwan.

The events included video art, participatory public art project, and pop-up art in the streets. Many thanks to the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Pingtung County, local businesses and people for making the following programming possible in such a short time.
